Cancelation Policies
For drop-in class cancelations, we require at least two (2) days (48 hours) notice prior to your booking to avoid being charged the full amount.For drop-in class substitutions, within forty (40) days, we require at least twenty-four (24) hours notice and will be dependant on availability and cannot be guaranteed. This is offered sole at the discretion of Violence in Motion Inc. and it’s representatives.Workshops and Weapon Series Classes, with seven (7) days notice, are 50% refundable. After the seven (7) days, they are non-refundable.Violence in Motion Inc. reserves the right to alter class schedules and weapon systems at it’s own discretion.

Participation in the Stage Combat classes and activities could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By participating in Violence in Motion class you assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Violence in Motion, Jamie Treschak, Julia Porter, Neil Adams, and Brianna Love— and will not hold Violence in Motion, Jamie Treschak, Julia Porter, Neil Adams, and Brianna Love liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after the Stage Combat class.
